"Very friendly and reliable. Susanna responded to every email with a very warm and welcoming touch and Mark was equally welcoming, answering every question we had. We were actually on holiday for the installation of our log burner but returned to a very tidy home with the log burner looking perfect. Mark had even blocked off the entire chimney breast which we hadn't expected but looks great.
We are so pleased with the installation and would happily recommend Mark and Susanna to anyone thinking of installing a log burner (in fact I already have!) Thanks again."

Mark and Susanna were polite, knowledgeable and as clean as possible with it being a messy job. Overcame numerous problems, cemented chimney stack, 3 feet of debris and the flue liner snagging a brick were a few. Quoted 3k+ elsewhere, completed.
For my job was £910, ordered a better fire, and did the labour side myself, ended up costing £2,300 including professional replastering of the whole room and repainting myself. Would recommend highly. Thanks again.
