We are Mark & Susanna Winters, a husband and wife team based in Highworth (near Swindon) in Wiltshire.
We are experts in wood burning stoves and stove installation, and carry out work mainly in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire (including The Cotswolds).

Happy to advise
We like to help our customers choose the right stove and as we don't sell them (just install them), this is genuine impartial advice. We recommend British-made stoves including Clearview and Charnwood.
Buying the wrong, or inferior, flue can be an expensive mistake. We provide everything that is required for a safe and compliant installation. Our liners and chimney systems are top quality products and they are manufactured in the UK. The liners come with a manufacturer’s lifetime guarantee and the chimney systems are guaranteed for 25 years by the manufacturer.

Mark is HETAS-registered. This guarantees that his work will be safe and comply with the latest regulations.
Eco-Friendly
We try wherever possible to be as “green” as we can be in running the business. We encourage our customers to use their stove so that they burn as cleanly and efficiently as possible, making a wood burner a sustainable option. Mark only travels within about a 20 mile radius, and is more often working only a few miles from home. We source all our materials from British manufacturers. Any small off cuts of liner are recycled and bubble wrap is given to a local business to re-use. We have just had Mark’s new van sign written, and used the same local firm in Lechlade that we used last time - thanks Stick On Signs! We also try to minimise site visits by asking for photos to start with, as sometimes work needs to be done by the client or a builder before a flue can be properly inspected.
